Key Requirements
Full P&L ownership and management experience within the mining or industrial sector.
Proven operational leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Strong understanding of compliance oversight and regulatory frameworks in Tanzania.
Demonstrated success in national market expansion strategies.
Extensive background in Mining, Metals, or Inspection, Testing & Verification services.
Track record of successful contract acquisition and client retention.
Strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive branch profitability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to oversee technical inspections and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
