Key Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with 5 years in management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding 100 million AED.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
In-depth understanding of international and local construction standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
PMP or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
Ability to work under extreme pressure and meet tight project milestones.
