CIVIL FOREMAN @ AL QADISA
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee structural and civil works at our project sites in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires a candidate who can manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, and concreting are executed correctly and safely. You will be responsible for supervising labor teams and ensuring that all civil works align with the provided engineering designs. This position is part of our strategic expansion and requires an individual who is ready to join immediately. Coordination with other site foremen and engineers is a vital part of this role to ensure project milestones are met without delays. The Civil Foreman will play a significant role in maintaining the quality of workmanship and ensuring that all materials are used efficiently on site. We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a solid background in the UAE construction sector.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction within the GCC.
Valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
Proven expertise in site execution and civil supervision.
Strong coordination skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
Availability to join the organization immediately.
In-depth understanding of civil engineering drawings and plans.
Experience in overseeing formwork and reinforcement activities.
Strong leadership skills to manage diverse site labor.
Strict adherence to UAE health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills for on-site construction challenges.
