EBS FINANCE LEAD CONSULTANT @ INNOVATIONS GLOBAL
The EBS Finance Lead Consultant role is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Dubai, UAE. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance, specifically version R12.x. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of multi-release programs, navigating strict acceptance criteria and non-functional requirement guardrails. The scope of work covers a wide array of modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and ebTAX, with a preference for those who have exposure to ECC and reporting tools.
In addition to technical module expertise, the lead consultant will oversee critical financial processes such as payments (EFT, wire, cheque) and Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) management. The role involves managing integrations with HRMS and banking platforms like Orbit, while maintaining a high standard of documentation discipline. Candidates will be expected to be hands-on with modern development and tracking tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, providing governance over SIT and UAT phases. This is an immediate requirement suitable for candidates currently in the UAE or those able to join within a 30-day window.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
In-depth expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x across AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, and ebTAX modules.
Demonstrated leadership experience in delivering multi-release programs.
Solid understanding of NFR guardrails and strict acceptance governance.
Proficiency in bank processes including EFT, wire, cheque, and BRS.
Experience with third-party integrations such as HRMS, banks, and Orbit systems.
Hands-on technical proficiency with Jira and Git version control.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery lifecycles.
Proven ability to lead SIT and UAT governance and testing phases.
Excellent documentation discipline and communication skills for stakeholder management.
