Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in export or international sales roles.
Significant exposure and professional experience in GCC or African markets.
Industry background in seafood, frozen food, or FMCG exports is mandatory.
Proven ability to build and manage large-scale distributor networks.
Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue.
Comprehensive knowledge of export operations and international logistics.
Ability to analyze market insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness and availability for frequent international travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales targets.
