China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai Branch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to lead the planning and scheduling efforts for major Roads and Infrastructure projects under the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring that project timelines are not only monitored but actively managed and anticipated to prevent delays. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project's schedule, providing strategic insights that help control costs and resource allocation throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience within the UAE construction industry.
Specific experience working on Roads and Infrastructure projects, preferably for the RTA.
Advanced proficiency in project management software, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel for advanced data tracking and analysis.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and planning methodologies for large-scale projects.
Working knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts and legal frameworks.
Familiarity with RTA reporting formats and project compliance standards.
Proven ability to perform detailed delay analysis and generate time impact assessments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across various multidisciplinary teams.
