SITE ENGINEER @ ALFIRAS GENERAL CONTRACTING
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee construction operations in the Al Dhafra (Western Region) of the UAE. As part of ALFIRAS GENERAL CONTRACTING, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering work on-site meets high standards of quality and follows the specified designs. This role requires a professional who is capable of working in the Western Region and managing day-to-day technical challenges.
The Site Engineer will be tasked with supervising construction activities, reporting on progress, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met safely and effectively. We require a candidate with a strong civil engineering foundation and a minimum of five years of experience in the UAE construction sector to maintain the level of excellence our company demands.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
Proven experience in construction projects
Expertise in technical site supervision
Knowledge of local UAE building codes
Ability to read and interpret complex blue prints
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
Experience in managing site labor teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent technical reporting capabilities
