HSE DIRECTOR @ AIRSWIFT SEARCH
We are looking for a high-caliber HSE Director to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across various high-profile projects in the United Arab Emirates. This strategic role involves reporting to the COO and managing safety performance across key locations, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The focus is on the Energy, Construction, and Petrochemicals industries, where you will be tasked with transforming the safety culture and overseeing environmental sustainability practices across a broad portfolio.
This executive position provides a monthly salary range of AED 60,000–90,000 tax-free. In addition to the base salary, the package includes executive housing, schooling, family medical coverage, annual flights, a company vehicle, and long-term incentive programs. The role requires a visionary leader capable of implementing global HSE standards and fostering a workplace environment committed to safety excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Extensive executive-level HSE leadership experience.
Proven history of leading safety transformation within heavy industries.
Comprehensive understanding of international safety and environmental standards.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
Experience overseeing environmental compliance and CSR initiatives.
Capable of managing multi-disciplinary HSE teams across diverse projects.
University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or an Engineering discipline.
Recognized professional safety credentials (e.g., CMIOSH, CSP).
Significant experience in the Petrochemical or Infrastructure sectors.
Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and risk trend analysis.
