PROCUREMENT OFFICER – PACKAGING & MECHANICAL (POWER PLANT) @ TRINITY NUPUR
We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Officer to manage the acquisition of packaging and mechanical materials for a Power Plant based in Dubai. This role involves comprehensive oversight of the procurement lifecycle, from vendor identification and negotiation to the final delivery of goods. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of items including plastic bottles, cartons, and BOPP films for packaging, as well as critical mechanical components like valves, turbine spares, and structural steel. The role offers a monthly salary of up to 8000 AED.
The successful candidate must possess a strong background in international trade, specifically focusing on import shipments and documentation. Proficiency in ERP systems and a deep understanding of customs regulations, HS Codes, and trade compliance are essential for ensuring smooth operations. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a demanding power plant environment.

Key Requirements
6–8 years of professional procurement experience.
Strong expertise in managing import shipments and international documentation.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems for inventory and order management.
Deep understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance protocols.
Proficiency in identifying and applying correct HS Codes.
Proven vendor management and professional negotiation skills.
Experience handling packaging materials such as Plastic Bottles and BOPP Films.
Technical expertise in mechanical materials like Turbine Spares and Valves.
Ability to analyze market trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
