Five or more years’ experience with a well-established Telecommunication Company. Proven Supervision Skills to manage and direct technical teams effectively. Expertise in Coaching and Mentoring Techniques to develop junior staff. Ability to encourage Creativity and Innovation in maintenance solutions. Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective stakeholder communication.
