FINANCE MANAGER (01 POST) @ OVEC INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LTD
Ovec International Company is a growing player in the telecommunications industry, dedicated to providing high-quality services and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the company's long-term financial stability and growth. This role involves overseeing all financial aspects of the company, from strategic planning to day-to-day accounting operations within the vibrant business environment of Dar es Salaam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support the company's objectives. Key duties include monitoring cash flow and revenue streams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements, and coordinating audits. Additionally, the Finance Manager will supervise the accounting team, maintain strong internal controls, and provide critical financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by the executive leadership.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Good leadership and communication skills
Experience working in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
Preferable: Male candidate
Extensive knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations
Proven ability to manage and supervise a finance or accounting team
