Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 2+ years experience in operations or management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple services and teams simultaneously
Experience in financial services or telecom industry is an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage and supervise daily operations of an agency
Proficiency in developing and implementing operational strategies
