The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and management of all export-related paperwork, ensuring that international shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant customs regulations. This role requires close coordination with shipping lines, warehouse teams, and regulatory bodies to facilitate a smooth supply chain operation.
You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records, managing deadlines for documentation submission, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise during the export process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade terms and be proficient in using administrative software to track and log cargo movements. This is a critical role that supports our company's mission to provide high-quality products to international markets without delay.
Key Requirements
In-depth knowledge of international export procedures and regulations
Proficiency in preparing shipping documents like Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple shipment files simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
Effective communication skills in English for dealing with international stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipping deadlines
A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in an export-focused role within the FMCG industry
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle logistical challenges and documentation errors
