A reputable Bonded Warehouse for Agriculture Commodities is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end operations at their upcountry facility in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of agricultural products from intake to distribution. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and quality of various crop commodities throughout the storage lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Agri-Business, or a related field.
Must have 5-8 years of professional experience in agricultural warehouse operations.
Proven experience in overseeing end-to-end operations of a bonded warehouse.
Strong expertise in managing stock intake and comprehensive quality control processes.
Proficiency in using advanced inventory systems and digital record-keeping.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with satellite collection centers.
Extensive knowledge of agricultural crop varieties and preservation standards.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams.
Strong analytical skills for inventory reporting and capacity planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and warehouse management software (WMS).
