Maganga Samwel has an immediate vacancy for a Store Keeper at our facility in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with a Diploma or Master's degree to take charge of our inventory management. The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and secure at all times.
Key duties include performing regular stock counts, reconciling physical inventory with records, and coordinating with the procurement team to restock items as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or warehouse management and be comfortable using inventory software. Key Requirements
Minimum requirement of a Diploma or Master's degree in Logistics or related field.
Prior experience in warehouse management or storekeeping roles.
Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and supply chain procedures.
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills for stock handling.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift or move heavy items safely.
Meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping and stock audits.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and staff.
Ability to generate and analyze stock reports for management.
