Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Transport and Logistics, Procurement and Chain Management, International Documentation or related
Familiar with different Import and Export Software as well as Good Computer Skills
5 Years and above of Experience in a related position
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian customs regulations and port procedures
Proven leadership and team management skills in a logistics environment
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
Ability to manage complex shipping schedules and meet tight deadlines
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for resolving logistics issues
High level of professional integrity and attention to detail
