PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION) @ DESAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
Desal Holdings Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Supervisor to support our supply chain operations in Pwani and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is critical for the timely procurement and delivery of products to our supermarkets. The salary for this position is Tsh 700,000 per month.
The supervisor will work closely with the Procurement Manager to monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and verify the quality of received goods. We are looking for candidates who are organized and have a strong understanding of procurement workflows within a fast-moving retail environment. Your contribution will help ensure that our customers always find the products they need on our shelves.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain supervision.
Prior experience in the retail or supermarket industry.
Ability to monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Strong organizational skills to manage purchase orders.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams.
Knowledge of market trends and price fluctuations.
High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Problem-solving skills related to logistics and supply chain.
