WAREHOUSE CLERK @ SILENT OCEAN
As a Warehouse Clerk at KICD, you will be the backbone of our inventory and storage operations. Located just 3km from the Dar es Salaam Port, our warehouse facility requires meticulous management of incoming and outgoing goods. Your primary duty will be to record and track the movement of cargo, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and that the physical inventory matches the system records.
You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and loaders to coordinate the efficient use of storage space. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual who thrives in a logistics environment and values accuracy. By maintaining an organized warehouse, you help KICD provide excellent service to importers and exporters using our modern terminal facilities.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office and WMS.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy warehouse setting.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
Knowledge of various types of cargo and handling requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and operations staff.
Physical stamina to perform inspections and occasional manual tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours based on cargo arrival schedules.
Previous experience in a warehouse or port-related role is an advantage.
