Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across Salesforce delivery teams including sprint planning and daily standups. Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics such as throughput and sprint predictability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team using data-driven insights. Remove impediments and coordinate across functions including business, Admin/Dev, and QA. Ensure user stories include acceptance criteria, test approach, and early identification of dependencies. 6 to 8 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Ability to manage integration touchpoints, data needs, and access/security reviews. Candidate must be available for an immediate notice period. Expertise in Salesforce project delivery and change management processes.
