Tekninjas is seeking a dedicated and experienced US HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for our US-based employees and consultants, ensuring a seamless transition and professional experience. You will ensure full compliance with US employment laws, including the meticulous management of I-9, E-Verify, and W-4/W-9 documentation. Your role will also involve coordinating payroll inputs, tracking timesheets, and overseeing critical benefits administration such as health insurance, 401(k) plans, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, handling HR queries efficiently and conducting thorough background checks and employment verifications. You will support our US staffing operations specifically within the Healthcare and IT Services sectors, managing complex documentation for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants. This position requires a candidate with high attention to detail to track contracts, extensions, and renewals accurately within our HRIS and ATS systems. Key Requirements

3–6 years of professional experience in US HR Operations and/or US Staffing. Comprehensive knowledge of US labor laws and federal/state compliance regulations. Proven experience supporting a workforce specifically in Healthcare and IT Services. Hands-on exposure to US payroll coordination and benefits administration (401k, Insurance). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management. High degree of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in managing documentation for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultant types. Ability to manage onboarding/offboarding workflows and I-9/E-Verify documentation. Experience using HRIS or ATS systems for data maintenance and contract tracking. Capability to handle employee relations queries and background verification processes.
