TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN (HR) @ SUPERSOURCING
Supersourcing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (HR) to join our team in Indore for a work-from-office engagement. This position is ideal for individuals looking to establish a strong foundation in IT recruitment and thrive within a performance-oriented corporate culture. The role involves end-to-end exposure to recruitment cycles, candidate engagement, and hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Throughout the program, interns will handle stakeholder coordination and learn the intricacies of high-stakes technical hiring in a real-world environment. The internship offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month and has a duration of 3 to 6 months. High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their achievements during the term. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role to support our ongoing growth and recruitment initiatives. Key Requirements
MBA (HR) preferred for this internship position.
