DATA ANALYST @ PEOPLESTAFF
Peoplestaff is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team for an exciting client engagement based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive critical business decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide analytical solutions through advanced visualization techniques and reporting.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in SQL and significant hands-on experience with industry-standard BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex datasets efficiently. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong expertise and advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization software.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Availability to join within a notice period of up to 60 days.
Experience in data cleaning, preparation, and transformation processes.
Ability to create and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling principles.
