CLUSTER HEAD @ PAYWISE FINTECH
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cluster Head to join our team at PayWise Fintech, covering all districts in India. The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing a dedicated team and ensuring the growth of our fintech services within assigned clusters. You will act as a bridge between the State Head and Area Sales Managers, ensuring that all regional targets are met through effective coordination and support.
The role involves monitoring daily operations, optimizing sales processes, and providing training to the team to ensure high performance. Candidates should have a strong track record in the fintech or banking sector and be proficient in digital payment technologies. Your goal will be to maximize market penetration and ensure a seamless experience for our partners and customers.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Fintech sector is essential.
Previous experience in managing a team of sales professionals or area managers.
Comprehensive understanding of digital financial services like AEPS and DMT.
Strong ability to drive sales targets and motivate team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple districts effectively.
Proficiency in local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Effective presentation skills for partner onboarding and training.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster.
Ability to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
