Key Requirements
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe environments.
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery.
Exposure to AI/ML projects or working in AI-driven ecosystems.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking and managing sprints.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in removing impediments and fostering a self-organizing team culture.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex delivery challenges.
