Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking and backlog management. Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ability to manage and report on sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and velocity. Extensive experience in dependency, risk, and release management. Proven stakeholder management skills across distributed and global teams. Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences programs. Exposure to Commercial Analytics, PSP, CRM, Claims, or Specialty Pharmacy Data.
