LAB OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE @ CHRONEVA LAB
Chroneva is a growing diagnostic and laboratory services organization committed to delivering high-quality and accurate testing services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Operations Executive to manage and streamline our laboratory operations at our RT Nagar, Bangalore location. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and standards of our diagnostic services.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily laboratory operations, coordinating sample collection and processing, and maintaining strict compliance with lab standards and protocols. The executive will manage inventory, coordinate with doctors and technicians, monitor turnaround times for reports, and ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met. This role is essential for supporting audits and regulatory compliance processes within the facility located in RT Nagar.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / MLT / Biotechnology / Microbiology or related field
1–3 years of experience in laboratory operations (Diagnostic lab experience preferred)
Good knowledge of lab processes and quality standards
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting software)
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Team management and coordination experience
Good communication skills for inter-departmental liaison
Problem-solving ability for operational issues
Inventory and vendor management skills
