ZF RANE AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Senior Executive for NPD Quality at our facilities in Viralimalai and Pudukkottai. This role requires a professional with a background in mechanical engineering and significant experience in the automotive sector. The candidate will focus on maintaining high-quality standards for new product development and ensuring all processes meet industry-leading benchmarks. The successful candidate will be proficient in various quality methodologies and tools, including CMM and profile projectors. They will play a critical role in mitigating risks for new projects and analyzing quality data to drive success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and thriving environment in the Tamil Nadu region. Work locations include both Viralimalai and Pudukkottai.
Key Requirements
B.E. Mechanical Engineering degree.
6-8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
Knowledge and proficiency in Quality Methodologies like FMEA.
Proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proficiency in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Strong Analytical skills for quality data analysis.
Ability to mitigate risk for new projects through TGW analysis.
Hands-on experience with CMM and profile Projectors.
