Key Requirements
Review and analyze loan applications, income documents (W2, 1099, Tax Returns), credit reports, and financial statements.
Perform end-to-end US Residential underwriting and assess borrower risk profile.
Ensure strict compliance with US lending guidelines and federal regulations.
Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting.
Strong knowledge of Mortgage Originations and End-to-End Underwriting workflows.
Expertise in complex income calculation and credit risk analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
