Kerala Vision is seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Presales Head to join our TSP Department located in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the presales team, overseeing the development of comprehensive technical solutions, and ensuring that all proposals meet the specific needs of our telecommunications service provider clients. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our engineering capabilities and our sales objectives, requiring a deep understanding of current industry trends and customer expectations.

In this leadership position, you will work closely with the sales, product development, and technical teams to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. Your responsibilities will include managing the RFP/RFI process, delivering high-impact technical presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept trials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in telecommunications and have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the technical strategy of a prominent regional service provider.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Presales Head or in a senior presales leadership role within the TSP sector. Deep technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, fiber optics, and ISP services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical presales engineers and consultants. Strong track record in managing and winning complex Request for Proposals (RFPs). Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and solution architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address diverse client requirements. Experience in conducting technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) trials. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to work collaboratively across sales, engineering, and product management departments.
