PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ LUCIO AI
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Lucio AI, you will oversee our paid acquisition channels with a focus on ROI-driven growth. This role requires 7+ years of experience managing large-scale budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) while scaling our user base and improving lifetime value (LTV). Competitive pay is part of the package for this position located in Bangalore. You will work with the creative team to develop high-performing assets and use attribution modeling to understand the impact of every dollar spent. This is a high-impact role for an analytical professional who thrives on performance metrics and is excited about building and scaling paid media operations.
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media budgets in tech.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
Proven ability to reduce CAC and increase LTV through paid channels.
Experience with attribution modeling and advanced marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of creative testing methodologies and performance-driven design.
Ability to manage agency relationships or handle complex in-house execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing is highly preferred.
Strong reporting skills to communicate results and trends to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
Familiarity with tag management and conversion tracking setup.
Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising and privacy.
