Strong understanding of behavioral health industry codes and regulations. Ability to analyze financial data to identify trends and optimize revenue flow. Excellent communication skills for internal team leadership and external payer relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting tools relevant to RCM. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
