Halotel is seeking a dedicated IP-Network Staff Executive to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning, operating, and maintaining the IP network that delivers data, voice, and video services across our customer access network. Key duties include preparing technical scripts, DT, and MOP for service integration on Core IP devices, as well as processing work orders from Customer Care units to ensure seamless customer service integration. You will also be expected to manage Change Requests (CR) within the system and follow the workflow through to implementation and closing.

In addition to day-to-day operations, the role involves network planning, design, and supervision to solve breakdowns and develop the network further. You will collaborate with vendors and field teams to install and commission new equipment, ensuring all actions align with company security policies to protect infrastructure and data. The position requires a candidate who can perform route configuration, network protection, and optimization to ensure the continuous development and reliability of both Metro optical and Microwave networks while maintaining an updated database of core IP diagrams.

Key Requirements

Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant technical field. Attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills for network troubleshooting. Good networking skills are highly preferred for managing IP data and voice services. Professional certification such as CCNA, HCIA, or INCIA is an added advantage.
