Day Sparkle Consultancy Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an esteemed client based in Dar es Salaam for a Project Manager specializing in ICT and Telecommunications. This role is critical for the oversight and successful execution of complex infrastructure projects, including telecom tower (minara) installations, network rollout works, and general technical installations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within the specified budget. You will be responsible for coordinating various contractors and ensuring that all engineering standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing telecom infrastructure projects, particularly towers/minara.
Strong project coordination and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and external contractors.
Deep knowledge of network rollout processes and installation procedures.
Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
