Expert Consultancy is seeking a qualified Internet Installation Field Technician-Rollout to join a prominent Internet Networks provider in Arusha, Tanzania. The client is a dedicated network provider Technologies Organization offering comprehensive internet solutions for broadcasting houses, ISPs, utilities, and hospitality corporations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the implementation and optimization of transmission systems to support core network elements and hub sites.
The role involves a wide range of technical responsibilities, including tower construction, RF optimization, and the installation of power systems like rectifiers and batteries. Technicians are expected to handle site grounding, microwave link commissioning, and GSM/UMTS/4G site integration. Additionally, the position requires the maintenance of site infrastructure such as generators and air conditioners. The candidate must ensure all work complies with HSE standards and government regulations while maintaining efficient project timelines and following up on site acceptance certificates.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication engineering or related field.
2 years of work experience in telecoms preferably in a GSM environment, field operations or network management.
A valid and clean driving license.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Self-driven and motivated personality with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Knowledge of tower construction, including self-support and monopoles.
Experience in installation and maintenance of generators and air conditioners.
Familiarity with GSM, UMTS, and 4G site integration and transmission routing.
Strict adherence to HSE manuals and government safety regulations.
