NETWORK TECHNO-SALE @ CCTZ
Cctz is seeking a highly skilled Network Techno-Sale professional to drive technical excellence in our sales process and support the growth of the Network Business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support, managing complex bids and proposals (RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs), and maintaining strategic vendor partnerships with industry leaders such as Huawei, Cisco, and HPE. You will play a crucial role in designing scalable network architectures and delivering comprehensive solutions across networking, security, unified communication, and physical security domains.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers across BFSI, private, and government sectors to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will be expected to actively participate in lead generation and revenue forecasting, with your performance tied to monthly KPIs. This position requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong sales acumen, ensuring that all client specifications are met with high-quality, compliant solutions while maximizing margins through authorized partner tiers.

Key Requirements
4-5 years of experience in a similar ICT / pre-sales role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, telecommunications, and ICT infrastructure solutions.
Experience with technical proposals, bid management, and tenders (RFP/RFQ).
Ability to design, present, and position technical solutions while supporting sales and client engagements.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Certifications such as CCNP, HCIP, or NSE5 are an added advantage.
Proven track record in lead generation and meeting monthly performance KPIs.
Proficiency in vendor management specifically with Huawei, Cisco, or HPE Network portfolios.
Expertise in designing scalable and secure network architectures including Unified Communication.
Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaborating with Key Account Managers.
