This position is based at our Dubai HQ and requires frequent business travel to our operational countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, and Uganda. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader capable of building controllable operations and enforcing high discipline and standards in environments where paper processes and reality often differ. You must have a deep understanding of operational risks and the ability to manage people and complex logistics simultaneously.
