SAFARI CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST @ EXPERT CONSULTANCY
The Safari Client Engagement Specialist will be a cornerstone of the Sales and Guest Experience department, serving as the primary point of contact for guests from their initial inquiry until after their safari concludes. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with international and local travelers, ensuring they receive comprehensive information and feel fully supported throughout their journey. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Director to deliver seamless wildlife and cultural experiences that align with the company's mission of sustainable tourism. The salary for this position is TZS 600,000 to 700,000 gross per month.

Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong background in the tourism or hospitality sector, specifically safari operations.
Ability to build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.

Proficiency in office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
