We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Tour Operator Intern to join our team in Arusha. This role involves managing safari operations, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests. You will be tasked with overseeing the logistics of tour departures and maintaining communication with guides and lodge partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Requirements
Certificate, diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Wildlife Conservation, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in safari operations or wildlife tourism environments.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in remote settings.
Strong organizational and time management skills for complex itineraries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian national parks and popular safari circuits.
Proficient in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexibly and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
