Key Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) is a significant advantage. Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or FMCG sectors. Extensive working knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance standards.
