Solvo Global is seeking a professional Leave of Absence Specialist to join our onsite team. In this high-impact HR role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee leave cases, including FMLA and specific state-mandated leaves. Your primary focus will be ensuring full compliance with complex labor regulations while providing comprehensive support to both employees and management throughout the leave process. You will handle sensitive documentation, maintain accurate tracking within HRIS systems, and investigate discrepancies to resolve intricate cases efficiently.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Leave of Absence management.
High proficiency in English at a C1 level (approximately 90% or higher).
Demonstrated expertise in managing FMLA and state-specific leave of absence cases.
Deep understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance related to employee leaves.
Proven ability to support and guide employees and managers through the leave process.
Advanced proficiency in documentation tracking and updating HRIS databases.
Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail for resolving complex discrepancies.
Capacity to manage and prioritize a high volume of active leave cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is considered a significant asset.
