Key Requirements

Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or applied science field. Strong Python or equivalent scripting skills. Deep design expertise in one of the specified engineering tracks (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical). Experience creating challenging, simulation-based design problems. Ability to craft realistic engineering tasks requiring genuine trade-offs. Proficiency in sizing components for complex systems. Experience iterating designs against physics-based simulators. Understanding of how to train and evaluate advanced AI models through engineering tasks. Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
