C++ DEVELOPER (PRO*C EXPERTISE) @ LANCESOFT
Lancesoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer with specific expertise in Pro*C to join our dynamic technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to critical development projects and providing high-level support for our ongoing software initiatives. You will work on complex systems, ensuring performance and stability through diligent root cause analysis and proactive debugging of existing codebases.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of professional experience and be capable of handling enhancements and OM support activities efficiently. This position is open across multiple locations in India, offering a pan-India scope for qualified candidates. We are specifically looking for immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 15 days to fill these vital positions within our organization. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in C++ development.
Proven hands-on expertise with Oracle Pro*C for database interaction.
Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and complex debugging of software issues.
Experience in developing and implementing system enhancements and new features.
Ability to support and collaborate effectively on OM (Operations and Maintenance) support activities.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational database management systems.
Familiarity with Unix or Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
