AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) @ MARC LABORATORIES LTD.
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Marc Laboratories Ltd., you will be tasked with maximizing sales potential within specific districts of North India. The role covers several key locations including Allahabad, Kanpur, Faizabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Muzaffarpur, and Chapra. You will work closely with Field Sales Officers to implement sales strategies and ensure that company products are effectively promoted to medical practitioners.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ASM is responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, identifying market gaps, and providing regular feedback to the regional management. It is a vital link between the field force and regional leadership, ensuring that our mission of pharmaceutical excellence is achieved in every designated area.

Key Requirements
Significant experience as an Area Sales Manager in Pharma
Strong ability to direct and support a field sales team
Clear and persuasive communication skills
Strong drive for results and achieving area-wide targets
Knowledge of local pharmaceutical distribution channels
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Proven skills in customer relationship management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Degree in a relevant field (Science or Business preferred)
Willingness to conduct daily field work and travel within the area
