SALESFORCE OMNISTUDIO DEVELOPER @ CARNATION IT
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer for a full-time opportunity with a prestigious MNC client. This role requires an individual with 4 to 10 years of experience who can demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, specifically within OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with architectural best practices and performance standards across multiple environments in India.
The successful candidate will lead technical initiatives, including system integrations via APIs and middleware, data modeling using SOQL/SOSL, and custom application development. In addition to technical tasks, you will provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality. Experience in Health Cloud and Data Cloud is highly desirable, and candidates must possess Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications to be considered for this professional growth opportunity.

Key Requirements
4 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Health Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
Strong data modeling and query optimization skills using SOQL and SOSL.
Proven experience in custom application development on the Salesforce platform.
Technical leadership experience including mentoring and guiding development teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
