SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) @ ESS-JEE
Ess-Jee is currently seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendor partners based in India to collaborate on ongoing e-learning and course development projects. The role involves a variety of domains, including Stripe Payments, Taxation, and GitHub. Key responsibilities include reviewing course outlines and content, recording product demo videos (screencasts), and delivering high-quality course recordings, including both talking-head and technical training sessions. We are looking for individuals or organizations that can provide deep domain expertise and high-quality instructional content.
The ideal candidates will possess excellent English communication skills and be comfortable with video recordings. For technical domains like Stripe and GitHub, we require hands-on experience with payment gateways, API integrations, and version control systems. For the Taxation domain, a background in CA, CPA, or tax consulting with strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax is essential. This is a project-based role requiring the ability to handle fast turnaround times while maintaining high standards of instructional quality. Work locations may include various regions across India.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in e-learning or instructional course development.
Deep expertise in Stripe Payments, Taxation, or GitHub technologies.
Ability to review and refine course outlines and instructional content.
Proficiency in recording product demo videos and screencasts.
Comfortable appearing on camera for talking-head training sessions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work on a project-to-project basis with fast turnarounds.
Hands-on experience with payment gateways and API integration for fintech roles.
Professional certification such as CA or CPA for taxation roles.
Strong understanding of Git workflows including branching and merging.
