SALESFORCE PLATFORM DEVELOPER I, II AND ARCHITECT @ MAXZEN HR
Maxzen HR is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Developer and Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The role requires a candidate who is highly proficient in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Integrations, and Apex, specifically for large-scale enterprise and Fortune 500 projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of implementation, ranging from initial design and proposal to development and final delivery. This role is open for immediate placement across multiple regions in India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, and Pune. Beyond core Salesforce technical skills, the successful candidate will have extensive experience in Territory Management, Salesforce Maps, and marketing tools like Pardot and SFMC. A deep understanding of modern front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript is mandatory. You will be expected to design robust Salesforce solutions integrated into various IT application landscapes, such as ERP and reporting systems, while ensuring the highest standards of security and performance. Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills are essential for client-facing requirements gathering and technical specification design.
Key Requirements
Must be certified on Salesforce Platform Developer I, II and Architect.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms.
Proven experience in API and Integration implementations for Fortune 500 companies.
Ability to manage implementation from proposal and design through to development and delivery.
Extensive hands-on development expertise with LWC, Integrations, and Apex.
In-depth knowledge of Territory Management features including planning and assignment.
Experience working with Salesforce Maps and creating territory-specific map views.
Familiarity with sales operations and Marketing Cloud tools like SFMC or Pardot.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for front-end development.
Strong understanding of React.js principles including Virtual DOM and state management.
Advanced experience with Angular versions, Angular CLI, and reactive programming using RxJS.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model for Experience Cloud environments.
