Master's degree and professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMD Pro) are advantages. At least 10 years of experience managing donor-funded development projects. Experience with NGOs, agriculture, climate resilience, livelihoods, grants management, and donor reporting. Strong leadership, budgeting, proposal writing, monitoring & evaluation, and stakeholder management skills.
