As an Integration Manager, you will leverage your extensive background in ITIL frameworks to maintain high service standards. Daily responsibilities involve the use of ServiceNow and Jira for tracking project progress and resolving technical bottlenecks. We are looking for a proactive leader with at least 8 years of relevant experience who can adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Must be a native or fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory requirement).
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT integration or a similar management role.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and integration strategies.
Proven experience with M365 Problem Management processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident management and workflow automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and task management.
Solid understanding and certification in ITIL frameworks.
