SAFETY MANAGER @ METAC
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team for villa construction projects in Dubai. The role is critical in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all onsite activities comply with international and local health, safety, and environmental standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing safety protocols, conducting regular audits, and leading safety training sessions for all site personnel to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety into every aspect of the construction process. This position requires a proactive professional who can identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies. The role is part of an immediate hiring drive for our expanding portfolio of high-end residential projects in the region.

Key Requirements
10 to 12 years of professional experience in safety management.
Extensive knowledge of UAE health and safety legislation.
Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Experience in managing safety for large-scale villa construction sites.
Strong skills in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety plans.
Experience in conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
Effective communication skills for conducting safety briefings.
Proficiency in HSE reporting and documentation.
Commitment to maintaining a zero-accident culture on site.
