JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER @ TECH VISTA SYSTEMS
Tech Vista Systems is seeking a dedicated Junior IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology projects within the banking sector in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the financial institution's strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.

Key Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Junior IT PM.
Mandatory experience in the banking or financial services domain.
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and SDLC methodologies.
Proven track record of effective stakeholder coordination and management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining project plans and technical logs.
Currently residing in the UAE (local candidates preferred).
Ability to join within a maximum 30-day notice period.
Proficiency in project management software and tools like Jira or MS Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during implementation.
